An experienced midwife working for the NHS with the local area and mother to players Maggie Davies (u14s) and Isabelle Dawson (u11s), Kirsty began her relationship with the club six seasons ago, commencing Initially as a parent spectator, then taking the plunge to become a coach, passing her level 1 coaching qualification in November 2019. Kirsty also undertakes the role of coach liaison officer, and is a member of club committee. Since qualifying Kirsty has followed her girls as they move through age groups and is now in charge of the u11s team. This squad has grown in membership from 5 players to the current 17 who train with her every Monday! Under her watch, the team made it to the final of home tournament in the summer of 2021, taking it to the wire for a penalty shootout, unfortunately losing out on trophy. In the first months of the season, the team have made a fabulous start and are playing good connective play both defensively and in attack, to really challenge their opponents!
